"Terrible experience. I have been insured with them for 3-4 years and there’s been multiple errors on their end that have caused my premium to be raised. Most of the time, they fixed the issues promptly, but the most recent time, they inaccurately accused me of an accident that never happened which more than doubled my insurance. I’ve had to jump through hoops and contact my own consumer report to prove that my record is completely clean. Very annoying & frustrating & they have not been able to clarify any details. Save yourself the trouble. The more I’ve talked to people, the more I’ve found out that Statefarm is notorious for raising prices without legitimate reasoning"
